Presentation Day
After busy week of lessons and museum trips the classes were ready to present their weeks work to their parents and friends at Friday's presentations...
Tony's class visited the 'Ice Age Giants' exhibition on Wednesday as they have been learning about animals from the Ice age. In class they made these wonderful pictures of the animals they had been learning about...

and a Sabre-tooth tiger...
Tania's class have been learning about global warming, energy and what we can do to become more sustainable. Their presentation started with a quiz, testing our energy efficiency. Then they told us all about the different ways to be 'greener'!
Emilia's class performed 'The Dino Party' a play which they had written about the Dinosaurs they got to see on Wednesday when they visited the museum. They also created these brilliant masks with their various characters on.
Claire's class have been learning about habitats. They made these different landscapes and told us about what you would expect to see in the landscape...

Sarah's class have also been learning about animals, they made these fantastic posters of different animals and told the audience what their animals likes to eat.
Their face paint looks great too!
Nick's class had the very imaginative idea of creating a 'Discovery Family Tree'. They each created a character, who had the family name Discovery and wrote a description of them.
Chloe's class learnt about Tsunamis, Volcanoes and Earthquakes this week. They made these brilliant models...

Lisa's Class performed 'The Hungry Caterpilla' to our audience. They made all of their props themselves!
