This week at Collingham has been all about nature, so it was only fitting to take a trip to the famous Natural History Museum in South Kensington! Many of the classes focused on wildlife and had the opportunity to see the museum's fascinating Wildlife Photography exhibition while Rory's class did something slightly different...
Rory's class had the pleasure of going to a special exhibition on the topic of volcanoes!
Rory is using the exhibition and the topic of natural disasters as a way of teaching the students how to use the future tense. In preparation for their presentations on Friday, they will be making miniature volcanoes and writing news reports and first-hand accounts of experiences of natural disasters!
We can't wait to see what they have in store for us on Friday!
