Today has been a busy day at Discovery Summer Collingham as all our students prepare their projects for the final Presentation Day of the summer which will take place tomorrow.
Ella's class did some arts and crafts making paper pieces of art. They were learning colours and shapes this week.
Tania's class were scripting interviews with the astronauts Yuri Gagarin and Neil Armstrong for their presentation.
Abbi's class became little chefs today as they baked ginger bread men to take home for their families to enjoy!
Even the leftover cookies looked delicious!
Meanwhile, Rory was getting his engineers ready as they made the final adjustments to their miniature car models that they will be presenting to their friends and family tomorrow.
We had another surprise in store for our students today - a special production of the famous Harry Potter stories with a Discovery Summer twist...

...only for Harry Potter to step in and save the day!
All of the students were spellbound by the excellent performance that the staff put on this morning!
